Lunchtime Flow yoga

A chance to use playful sequences to bring energy and awareness to body and mind.

In this practice we will explore breath, movement and stillness, and work with both strength and subtlety and effort and ease to find a sense of inner-balance.

A midday chance to wiggle, wobble and get back to you.

This is an open level class in which options are given and you are encouraged to practice within your individual limits, suitable for beginners and those with more experience. All identities and bodies are welcome, but requires getting up and down unaided.
