Modern Dynamic
Strong Vinyasa Flow – Tuesdays 5.45pm – 7.15pm
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a playful and physical form of yoga that will lift your spirits and energy levels while increasing flexibility, focus, strength and balance. The breath is the key element in the flowing sequence of postures, allowing you to connect with your body, mind and soul in a way that is nourishing, detoxifying and strengthening.
An intermediate Vinyasa Flow class unfolds into a rhythm, with fluid transitions, finding your edge between challenge and surrendering. While gracefully experimenting with some more advanced postures or options to take your practice a step further, this class will empower and invigorate you. Playful and unwinding at the same time, movement with a clear intention to open up the body and go home with a relaxed and meditative mind.
These classes are not suitable for absolute beginners, as the sequences are a little stronger and more challenging and require a basic understanding of the main yoga poses and their alignment.
Although these classes are invigorating, they are an invitation to work with your body and energy as they are now. So more than obtaining the perfect pose, the real practice lies in the development of transformative qualities such as acceptance, surrendering and expanding your personal boundaries, creating value on and off the mat.

Modern dynamic flow Yoga is inspired by this incredible rich pattern of energy within the body. As the flow immerses, a feeling of energised focus rises. You will find a full involvement of the body, mind & spirit.

Power Hatha Yoga and Tibetan Singing Bowls – Fridays 6.30pm – 8.00pm
These classes focus on the Hatha system of Asanas or postures and include yogic philosophy, meditation, pranayama, mantras, mudras and the force of the sun and the calmness of the moon to create balance and to relax the body and mind.
The lessons have a Sankalpa each week to connect with your own Shakti or life force, we work on strengthening the core with the fire of some asanas and others will be slow holding them for a longer period of time, we will be working on the muscles and the tendons, giving flexibility and strength whilst drawing our senses to listen to our body in a state of meditation. There will be adequate time to recover in between poses if this is needed.
During the lessons we will be focusing on the therapeutic side of the Asanas and the correct postures in tune with the breathing, giving instructions on how to move from one to the other, the correction of these when necessary to ensure they are helpful and not harmful, encouraging you to listen to your body and limitations and therefore taking responsibility.
At the end of the class there is a meditation with Nada Yoga using Tibetan Singing Bowls, their healing sound and vibrations.

Authentic Hatha Yoga – Saturdays 10.45pm – 12.15pm
In the asanas, after we align our body correctly, we turn our attention to our chakras (the energetic centres in our body), and stay in the asanas for some time to be able to access the deeper koshas ( bodies) of our being.
We practice a wide range of meditations, drawn from different traditions, such as Buddhism, Hinduism, Advaita Vedanta, Taoism, Shamanic practice and also a more modern version of mindfulness practice.

Soulful Sunday Yang to Yin Flow – Sundays 11.15am – 12.30pm
Start your Sunday with an energising, joyful practice.
We start with a dynamic, flow style sequence, using the integration of breathe and body to move from one powerful posture to the next. We will create strength & flexibility for the body, focus & concentration for the mind, peace and tranquility for heart and soul. Once the body is warm and supple we are ready to glide into the slow, held postures of the yin sequence.
The intensity of the practice can be a personal choice but some experience is recommended as this is an intermediate level class.
Come ready to move, breathe and relax.
Leave feeling energised and realigned.
